The room at East Midland House was absolutely fantastic! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay - a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy seating area, and a super comfortable sofa bed. I loved having a satellite TV and the added convenience of ironing facilities. It felt like my home away from home!

Honestly, I couldn't find anything to complain about. It was just perfect for me!

The location of the property is great, with interesting shops and places to eat in the nearby village. the Titchmarsh Nature Reserve offers lovely walks with beautiful views of the lake. the apartment itself is spacious, with a good dishwasher and a shower that provides plentiful hot water.

The cleanliness of the property could have been better, with obvious finger marks on surfaces and windows not properly cleaned.

The house was comfortable and had a lovely garden, which was a bonus. I also appreciated the welcoming gesture of finding fruits and other goodies upon arrival. The location was great, with interesting shops and places to eat nearby. the house had all the necessary equipment and amenities for a comfortable break, including a good TV and a well-equipped kitchen.

To my stay. there was a bad smell in the bathroom, which was quite off-putting.

Loved the complimentary WiFi, felt like I was living in the Stone Age with that blazing fast connection! The multilingual staff were a real treat, especially when they didn't understand a word I was saying! BBQ area? Perfect for burning my cooking attempts!

Oh, how I adored the mysterious lack of a washing machine! Adds so much excitement to the holiday, buying overpriced laundry detergent and spending my precious time in laundromats!

The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the kitchen was well-equipped for a pleasant break, and the TV and lounge area were comfortable. having two toilets was very helpful. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we appreciated the great facilities and amenities offered.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no reason to complain.

my recent stay in kettering was lovely, but east midland house truly exceeded my expectations! the comfortable house and welcoming touches made me feel right at home. the location was perfect and the shower was amazing with plenty of hot water. highly recommend!

This place was mind-blowing, from the beautiful garden to the super comfortable beds. The shower was amazing with an endless supply of hot water. Thrapston is a jaw-dropping village with great shops and delicious places to eat. The Titchmarsh Nature Reserve was a pleasant surprise with stunning walks and breathtaking sunsets over the lake. The location was perfect and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. The TV and lounge area were cozy and the presence of two toilets was a lifesaver. this place exceeded all expectations and provided a truly fantastic break. Free wi-fi, free parking, leisure/TV room, cots, no pets allowed.

Great value for money, spacious room and convenient location. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast items could have been more varied.
